Job Description

MSI is hiring for their Dubai office:Recruitment Team Lead / Sr. Recruitment ConsultantWe are hiring for an energetic Senior professional to handle a team and manage 360 Recruitment. The position entails:

  • Managing a team of 2-4 Consultants or Recruiters.
  • Manage company KPIs.
  • He/She shall be building their desk from scratch and will be handling 360 Recruitment including Business Development (key activity), Account management, and Delivery.
Mandatory requirement:
  • 10 years of Recruitment experience of which at least 4 years in Recruitment agency within UAE.
  • UAE/GCC contact is mandatory to build pipeline as plug and play for the first 3 months, and then populate with new Clients thereon.
  • Direct Recruitment Agency experience is a MUST.
  • UAE Drivers License
