If the client development opportunities, the competitive starting salary and the on-going training aren?t enough there?s always the dress down days, incentives and charity events to remind you of your achievements.As a resourcer, it will be your task to support the principal recruitment consultant with certain tasks. This includes candidate sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.Typically, youll be carrying out these types of duties every day:? Source and selection of candidates? Networking and advertising to potential candidates? Identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies? Negotiating contracts and new starter packs? Dealing with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.? Managing information on databaseYoull be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.Having mastered the candidate part of the recruitment lifecycle you will gain further insight into both the recruitment and business models. This role will develop into a consultant position once the person has a full understanding of the brand, their client base and how the business operates.
