Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
Drafts employment agreements, checks candidate references, gathers required documents (visas, education information), and negotiates and prepares offers.
Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to HR leadership and hiring managers.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct exit interviews to identify the reasons for turnover.
