We are a recruitment services agency based in UAE specialized in local hiring (Emartization), we work with private sector companies in finding their local Emirati talent. We are seeking a recruitment specialist/ manager to help us with our candidate sourcing efforts. We have a front office in Dubai and a back office in RAK.
Job requirements as follows;
Formulate detailed technical recruiting documents for sourcing and analytical purposes.
Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
Establish a sound sourcing and recruitment plan to funnel high-skilled individuals for required vacancies.
Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job requirement templates.
Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.
