Job Description

RecruiterWe are searching for an experienced recruiter to help us in sourcing and matching the best candidate to the defined job requirement. A minimum of three years? UAE experience in headhunting and mass hiring and working in the staffing and recruiting industry is mandatory. If you do not meet the requirement, this job is not for you.The job location is Dubai.You are Going to

  • Market map to identify the target companies and candidates.
  • Define the candidate profile according to the requirement and source the candidates.
  • Managing the applicant experience, by creating the job descriptions, job postings, and position requirements.
  • Use adequate sourcing techniques that applies to the candidate profile.
  • Establish a strong candidate pipeline, using a range of search methods to find applicants.
  • Screen candidates by evaluating resumes and job applications, as well as conducting interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Extend the offer and negotiate job terms to speed up the offer process.
  • Manage the onboarding process for corporate hires.
  • Keep up with the latest hiring trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire interview, selection, and closure process.
  • Ensure that all screening, hiring, and selecting procedures are carried out in line with applicable labour law and regulations.
  • Manage mass hiring and recruitment drives for the blue-collar workforce.
  • Manage the interview process for the mass hiring, that may include assessment centres, skill-based tests, etc.
  • Create and manage relationships with recruitment partners.
  • Establish and update CV/candidate database
??What You will Require to Succeed
  • We are looking for someone with previous experience of working as a recruiter and who can work effectively dealing with different stakeholders and well versed in head hunting and mass hiring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with vast knowledge using ATS, interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
