Job Description

Recruitment Resource/ Research Executive.eMagine Solutions are growing, due to continual growth and expansion we are looking for someone to join our team. Ideally we are seeking someone who has some initial experience in the Search industry and has worked with placing candidates into positions.You?ll be supporting us on our Client?s projects across the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions, finding top commercial and technical talent to work for some of the leading and fastest growing companies in the world.The Basics

  • Managing candidate search projects for eMagine across the Region.
  • Project mapping and identification of Tier-1 prospects
  • Handling candidate negotiations and gaining commitment from passive prospects
  • Gaining market leads, referrals and recommendations
  • Creating Linkedin search campaigns, using the Recruiter platform and
  • Usage of Zoho CRM for processes and pipeline management
  • Meeting weekly and monthly KPIs for search activity
Skills Needed:
  • 1-2 years experience in a Researcher/Talent Sourcer role from either agency or company side
  • Understanding and interest of the Tech Industry and developing recruitment skills
  • Experience sourcing entry level positions, through to VP/Director candidates
  • Go getter, hungry for success and looking to grow
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Smart, coachable and open-minded personality
  • Ability to work independently
