The Recruitment Project Manager will manage the full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding. The project objective is to have 900+ blue-collar workforce in place by October 2023. Key milestones:

  • 400+ to be in place for RED SEA by May/June 23
  • 500+ to be in place for EXIT 10 by October 23
What You Will DoVendor Management/performance management
  • Knowledge of market economics, the ability to pick and choose the right vendors based on project requirements
Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
Onboarding/Joining
  • On-boarding of blue-collar work force to include visa process, induction process and agency briefs
Travel
  • Frequent travel for recruitment drives for target countries
Required skills to be successful:
  • Interviewing personal assessment skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Analytical skills
  • Teamwork
What equips you for the role:
  • Must have recruitment background - bulk/volume hiring
  • Construction industry is a must
  • PMP certification/ ability to build project charter/project plan
  • Market knowledge, ability to understand where the right skill sets are
  • Knowledge of KSA labour market regulations
