Recruitment Officer (Immediate Joiners Only)Innovation Factory is an IT firm that focuses on blockchain-based solutions. With a rapidly growing team, the company has designed an entire ecosystem to bring everyday users closer to the technological advancement brought about by blockchain tech.The digital ecosystem comprises of a number of unique digital solutions/utilities that enhance the lifestyle of its users and enable them to tap into web 3.0, NFT and blockchain-based projects.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a creative and innovative team, with access to ongoing personal and professional development.Job Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and staffing, including identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews and hiring processes
  • Screen application forms and shortlists applicants
  • Maintain ongoing liaison with the candidate through all mobilization matters, including visas, medical checkups, carrying out reference checks, etc.
  • Arrange formal meetings, interviews, videos call, and/or computer-based connections
  • Ensure files on new employees are maintained and kept up to date with relevant documentation
  • Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the system
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
