Responsibilities? Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.? Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and create recruitment plans accordingly.? Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.? Source candidates using a variety of channels, including online job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking events.? Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.? Work closely with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment support.? Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
