As the Recruitment manager you will work as part of a TA team for a rapidly growing property development business based in Dubai, they are recruiting significant numbers this year and you will be part of a number of new exciting projects.Client DetailsOne of the largest real estate developers is recruiting the opportunity for a Recruitment manager to join their well established offices in Dubai, this role offers a highly competitive remuneration package and the opportunity for huge brand exposure in your career.DescriptionThe Key responsibilities will include:Handling all recruitment activity with in the business and liaising with key internal stakeholdersThrough various sourcing techniques, identify, attract and qualify suitable candidates for each client requirement.Actively headhunting candidatesEnd to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of TA strategy.Advise hiring managers on the best recruitment strategies.Participating in huge recruitment projects related to construction recruitmentPeriodically lead and/or participate on budgeting the manpower needs and initiatives related to talent acquisitionProfileThe Successful candidate will have/be5 years minimum previous experience in a similar roleFamiliar with recruitment with in the construction industryStrong TA/ recruitment backgroundExcellent communication skillsThe ability to liaise strongly with internal stakeholdersA minimum of 3 years in the property industryJob OfferAn extremely competitive salary package + company benefits
