Job Description

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the Immigration Sector.Responsibilities:

  1. Source and attract candidates with specific experience in the Immigration Sector by using databases, social media, and other platforms
  2. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications for Immigration related roles
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates with experience in the Immigration Sector
  4. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate selection, and offer negotiation
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for the Immigration Sector
