Job Description

  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions through the likes of Linkedin, Bayt and Gulftalent
  • Designing and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Manage the interview process directly with the candidates to ensure they effectively move through the process.
  • Negotiate the final offers with the candidate and present the official job offers
