Position PurposeTo coordinate recruiting activities across Middle East & Central Asia˙Responsibilities / Duties /Functions TasksExecute initial pre-screening for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.Sourcing: Research and recommend sources for active and passive candidate identification (Job posting/boards; ; Networking, etc.)Administer English/Logical tests for certain positions.˙Interview Schedule:˙ Coordinate interview schedule between the short listed candidates and selection team.Reference checks: Collect professional and educational references from candidatesJob Offer: Prepare job offer/contract and related documents for selected candidateNew starter preparation: Assist hiring manager in coordinating set-up for new employeeOnboarding: Execute new employee orientation program on first day/week for new hires˙Effectively and efficiently execute the recruiting process to meet define required cycle time.Develop and implement College Recruiting /Internship Program with local Colleges and UniversitiesAbility to work effectively within a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work independently without direct supervision
