Our client a large format retail organisation is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator in UAE.
Your Role:
We want someone who has ideas on how our client can recruit the best talent from a range of backgrounds, skill sets and experiences. Looking for candidates with experience working on multiple industries?experience in Expat hiring is preferred, preferably from in house recruitment experience but open for profiles from agencies with strong interviewing capability, business acumen etc. The industry is challenging and wide and so are the markets they are expanding, so if challenges get you going we welcome you. We are looking for someone who thinks out of the box when it comes to attracting talent. Stakeholder management across such a wide geography in different time zones becomes the key. Aligning hiring managers and setting the expectations right when it comes to talent in the market.
