eMagine Solutions are hiring for our office in Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, we are looking for a recruitment researcher to work alongside the consultants and business development team on sourcing and attracting high caliber candidates for our clients.You will be responsible for using multiple means including X-Ray, Boolean, ATS, LI, Referrals and Conferences / Trade Shows to find very passive candidates and present world class opportunities. Our client list reads as a whos who of the region and you will be given access to working alongside decision makers and hiring managers.The selected candidate for this position will benefit from direct support and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing their skills via a comprehensive induction programme and other external training courses throughout their short-term and long-term career at the company. Your career development targets are clearly defined and progression is totally dependent on how successful and ambitious you are.??Duties will include:? Sourcing candidates through various platforms including extensive internal database, and various job boards.? Qualifying candidates needs and providing career advice and guidance.?
