Job Description

We are looking for a competent Nepalese speaking Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in Europe with finding the best candidates to staff their business. You?ll attract candidates, screen and?match them to the available positions.?If you also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit and can speak fluent?NEPALESE?and ENGLISH please apply .POSITION WILL INVOLVE

  • Find candidates through platforms provided
  • Explain the process to candidates
  • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
  • Evaluate, assess applications
  • Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
  • Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
  • Match the most suitable candidates to positions available
  • Book appointments to conduct face to face meetings with candidates
  • Conduct candidate interviews and explain process and procedures
