Recruiting CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Source potential candidates from various hiring portals, social media, and other professional platforms.?Advertise job openings on company?s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. This includes job posting optimization, sourcing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing.?Assist the TA Lead in creation of HR tools including s and Competency Profiles.?Develop and maintain relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.?Provide recruitment support to all Home Centre territories for managerial hiring and staff hiring (special projects).?Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.Experience :?1-2 years of recruitment experience?Recruitment experience from non-tech industry within the Middle East will be added advantage.Competencies :?Knowledge of recruitment best practices & Industry trends and Interviewing Skills and Understanding of referral programs.?Strong communication and negotiation skills?Understanding and developing sourcing strategies and managing multiple recruitment channels to deliver targets.?Knowledge of Local Labor Laws (to ensure compliance to relevant employment legislation)?Should be conversant with IT to leverage technology for Talent Solutions
