We are hiring for an experienced Recruiter˙(for sourcing) in a leading recruitment agency in DubaiLocation - DubaiPreferred candidate must have a robust experience in sourcing mid to leadership level roles. Process improvement of company/candidate mapping, call screening, identification of bulls eye candidates.

  • Keep recruiting reports from pre-screening to onboarding stages ready for timely evaluation and analysis.
  • Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
  • Utilize various platforms to attract skilled professionals for various organizational profiles.
  • Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle covering all crucial aspects of the profile requirements and company culture.
  • Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job requirement templates.
  • Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.
