Job Description

Duties and Responsibiities:?

  • In collaboration with hiring team, strategize methods to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
  • Own candidate relationships through the point of in-person interview, ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular updates and communication, Record, maintain and track candidate activities in applicant tracking system.
  • Stay current on external recruiting and hiring trends to influence sourcing, candidate selection, compensation benchmarking, job titles and content of job descriptions.
  • Provides consultation on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pools, influencing overall recruiting strategy and diversity initiatives.
