Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidates? skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and qualifications required for open positions.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and career pages etc
