Recruiter(Emirati)

  • Formulate detailed technical recruiting documents for sourcing and analytical purposes.
  • Portray good command of concise planning to meet the companys recruitment demands.
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
  • Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
  • Work with concerned management to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.
