Job Description

Government services organisation providing medical fitness services in Sharjah is seeking two experienced Receptionists. ?One receptionist must be fluent/native Arabic and the other must be fluent English/Western.Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming all visitors and VIP guests by upholding professional standards of conduct
  • Ensure all guests are well assisted, escorted to the correct place and given the correct information
  • Assist clients with the self-service kiosk
  • Maintain the busy switchboard, connecting calls, handling enquiries and screening calls when necessary
  • Document receipt, dispatch and delivery and data/communication handling
  • Check all customer documents as they enter and ensure all the required documents are in order
  • Other ad-hoc administrative and customer service duties required as and when necessary
Salary 3-5k per month and standard benefits as per labour law.?
