Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist In Charge to join our team at our recruitment agency in Dubai, UAE.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. The Receptionist In Charge will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to the team. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Salary - AED 10,000/-Location - DubaiResponsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
  4. Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  5. Provide administrative support to the team, such as scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
  6. Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  7. Assist with data entry and filing as needed
  8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  7. Professional appearance and demeanor
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required
