  • Handle a full cycle of high standard guest check-In and check-out: Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Handle guest departures, collect payments, and provide accurate invoices.
  • Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person and assist guests with modifying or canceling their reservations, based on hotel policies.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, amenities, and services and offer recommendations and assist guests in planning local activities or sightseeing.
  • Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and payment processes.
  • Prepare reports, such as occupancy statistics or guest feedback, as required by the management.
