-??????Check the data entry from the procurement department, operating departments and all other users, for its accuracy and receive inventory items and non-inventory as ordered.-??????Maintain records of items received.-??????Execute receiving and ensure forwarding to the respective warehouses and departments.-??????Ensure communication for items received by the operational departments are communicated to the store personnel.-??????Ensure items are received and recorded in the correct quantity and recorded accordingly in Adaco System.-??????Ensure inventory items required by the various departments are available and received in time.-??????Allocate items received into the correct period.-??????To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Ain Dubais policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.-??????To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the department and all other departments.-??????To attend and contribute to all staff meetings, Departmental and Training scheduled, and other related activities.-??????To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Cost Controller / Assistant Financial Controller.-??????To respond to any changes in the office function as dictated by Ain Dubai.-??????To provide a courteous and professional service always.-??????Project always a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.-??????Be discreet, keep observations confidential and report to Cost Controller or Asst. Financial Controller.r.-??????Have a complete understanding of the Cost Audit Section in the Operations Manual, policies & procedures.-??????Handle guest, suppliers and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests/suppliers.
