Real Estate SpecialistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Client Support: Assist clients in finding and purchasing properties that meet their requirements and investment goals.•Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties to clients.•Negotiation and Sales: Prepare and present property offers to clients and negotiate the terms of sale.•Client Retention: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term client retention.•Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay up-to-date on current real estate market trends.Requirements:•Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.•Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in real estate, preferably with a focus on the Chinese market.•Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
