Our client has almost 2 decades of HR Consulting & Headhunting experience supporting startups, SMEs, and multinational firms from various industries ever since our grandparent company first operated in 2013.The JobYou will be responsible for :Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and CRM staff to optimize performance and productivity.Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the UAE real estate market.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, brokers, and investors to expand the company’s network and sales channels.Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, to successful deal closure.Conduct in-depth market research to track trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and sales activations.Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and UAE real estate regulations.If necessary, represent the company at exhibitions, events, and industry networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.Ideal CandidateBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulations.Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.Valid UAE driving license is a plus.Ref: XVUKGK0SU2 Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
