Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team.

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Have a thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards for sales activities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Honesty and integrity are a must
  • Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, preferably in the Dubai
  • market.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubais real estate market and legal requirements
  • Real estate license or relevant certifications preferred.
  • A second language if any is a plus
  • Valid real estate agent/broker license (required)
  • Driving license (required)
