Forward thinking bespoke multi facet asset brokerage agency operating in the UK and Dubai looking to fill a new position of Sales Director following continued growth.AGI Asset Capital are extending their real estate department with a new Dubai based team of dedicated committed individuals looking to be more than just another number in a large corporate machine. Every staff member at AGI is a core part of the team, we have no interest in replicating the constant turnaround of staff as often seen in the Dubai real estate market, for us development and staff retention is critical to maintaining business development and client engagement as well as a fun and relatable office environment.The first stage of this journey is finding the right sales director, working alongside our current c suite team to source and manage the very best team. AGI is not just a real estate company, we have 3 asset sales departments, real estate, business investment and digital asset brokerage. The three departments each operate as individual companies under the same corporate umbrella within the same office. The synergy that is brought between these companies is key to our continued success with each companies services and connections linking nicely with the other. This synergy is what allows our real estate company to provide, alongside traditional sales, fully compliant crypto property sales and conversions standing us apart in the industry.Our total dedication to success, means we are very selective about new staff members. This is not a 9-5 and anyone looking for one would not be a good match. We all have a total commitment and a work never sleeps attitude and any new hire would need to share this ethos. Whilst we are always in work mode we provide a fun engaging work environment and love to celebrate success. Confident sales skills, staff management and a can do attitude is a must, whilst we can provide training we are looking for someone with a strong back ground in the Dubai real estate market at management level. This is not a new starter program or a role suitable to some one looking for a role with no experience. Any new hire needs to compliment the current team.In response, we provide a fantastic package including a fixed basic salary of 240,000 AED per year, 25% company shareholding whilst in employment and a 25% quarterly dividend commission of the full teams success. Day to day work is from our office in DMCC, your own transport and driving licence is essential as is fluent English.
