FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:HNB Real Estate is in search for an ideal candidate for the position of Real Estate Sales Agent who is driven and motivated to be part of our professional team. This position offers a huge range of possibilities and growth potential to gain in the industry.Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Native or Professional FRENCH/ARABIC/CHINESE/HINDU/URDU Speaker is a MUST
  • 1-2 years of Real Estate agent experience is a MUST
  • Candidates experienced in Dubai Real Estate market preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
  • Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
  • Should have leasing experience with OFFPLAN units
  • RERA Certification is an advantage.
  • Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work
  • Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant
