Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Assist clients in buying secondary properties (ready to move in) or off-plan properties (under construction), helping them find their perfect investment or home.
  • Leasing: Facilitate long-term and short-term rental agreements for clients, ensuring they find the right property that fits their needs.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with both buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales and leases. Ensure all deals are closed efficiently, while meeting clients expectations.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and regulations in Dubai to provide expert advice to clients.
