Job Description

We are looking for Professional Sales Agent with a proven track record in the Real Estate Market in Dubai who can join and provide exceptional contribution to our company.We offer:

Job duties:
  • Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opened to discuss future business prospects to build good relationships.
  • Acted as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals.
  • Cold calling on the leads provided and adding the reference to extend the leads
  • Understand and keep up to date with the current market trend
  • Achieving targets on monthly basis.
  • Build and establish a good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
  • Evaluate clients? financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
  • Develop and implement effective strategies in increasing the value of a property
  • Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
