l?Design of SOP and implement?them for the efficient day-to-day operations of the buildings and its facilities,?leasing activities, tenancy contract management, and in coordination with Landlord/ property owner.l?Manage customer relations services to tenants, clients and property owners/developers.l?Manage?property/building?and operations related to renewals, new leasing etc.l?Keep updated with the relevant rental laws and any other guidelines by the land department, municipality and/ or other relevant government authorities. l?Conduct regular inspections of the property and tenants spaces to ensure compliance with the leases?l?Provide support for escalated maintenance/operational issues and complaints and requests.l?Provide customer service, team work and collaboration to provide excellent tenant services such as responding to tenant leasing request/problems in a timely manner.
