Doing strong follow up for cheque bouncing to convince the client as per??situation to settle the matter and recover the money without spoiling the relationship with the customer.???
Keeping record of the Rental disputed cases with the lawyer and keeps doing the follow up with the?customer to convince him for hassle free settlement for the mutual benefit of the customer as well as the company.??
Applying?key skills of customer dealing to keep the tenants happy and remain with the Company for a longer time.?
Managing?the tenant?s complaints about maintenance and do and doing follow up with the maintenance team to get the job done within the given time.?
Work with the cheque bouncing team to recover the outstanding amount of the company
