Job Description

This is a full-time salary plus commission plus visa job, on-site position for a Real Estate Consultant at RE/MAX TOP NEOM. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will be part of a global company operating in over 100 countries are spread the world.You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to real estate sales and negotiations, directly assisting clients in making informed decisions about their real estate investments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and managing intermediate negotiation processes for leases.
  • Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and other relevant matters to ensure fair and transparent dealings.
  • Researching and comparing similar properties in the area to establish competitive market prices.
  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining all necessary documentation, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, and other forms.
  • Utilizing your intermediate-level negotiation skills to guide clients effectively, ensuring transparent and equitable transactions.
