Job Description

The Real Estate Broker position in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the dynamic real estate market.   5. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

  7. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers.
  8. Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
  9. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in compliance with legal requirements.
  10. Participate in networking events and industry seminars to enhance professional knowledge and expand client base.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent in a similar market.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  3. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
