Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Broker at VKR Investments FZE, you will play a key role in driving the sales and leasing operations of the properties we manage. You will use your expertise in real estate sales to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the process of purchasing and leasing properties. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with property managers and owners to ensure that all transactions are seamless and mutually beneficial.   • Assist in marketing and leasing properties, including showing homes, conducting tours, and preparing leasing agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants. Provide expert guidance and advice throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
  • Conduct property valuations and comparative market analysis to set competitive pricing for sales and lease offerings. Stay up to date with local market trends and regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and that all parties comply with legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to market properties to potential buyers and tenants, including online listings, advertising, and networking with local professionals.
  • Ensure all sales and lease agreements comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, including contracts and correspondence.
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure smooth transitions for tenants and property owners, and to resolve any issues that may arise during the sales or leasing process.
