Job Description

Company Overview:Turpa Global Real Estate Consultancies, a division of Turpa Global with roots dating back to 1988 and a network of over 100 + branches in Turkey, is now expanding into Dubais dynamic real estate market. We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Broker to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our daily operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle property sales, rentals, and leasing inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to deliver top-notch service.
  • Conduct property viewings and highlight key features.
Requirements:
  • Proven real estate experience in Dubai.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai?s property market and trends.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Fluent in English; Turkish language is a plus.
