CANDIDATE SHOULD BE CAPABLE TO:

Intermediate negotiation processes of the lease and sales, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
Employ a variety of advertising strategies to promote properties, such as open houses, property listings, and online marketing campaigns.
Analyze clients financial situation and determine their needs in order to offer appropriate solutions.
