Job Description

  • Skillfully negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes in real estate transactions.

  • Actively participate in networking events and engage with the community to expand the reach of the brokerage and establish valuable connections.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with colleagues, including other real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals, to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
  1. Compliance:
  • Adhere to all real estate regulations and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker.
  • Valid real estate broker license.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficient in real estate software and tools.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
