Look Up Level Up˙is looking for a senior real estate agent who can speak fluent˙Russian˙and˙English.We encourage FEMALE applicants to apply.We are looking for a qualified real estate agent who will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties in Dubai.Duties and Responsibilities:?

  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
  • Show properties to potential buyers and tenants
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Determining clients? needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties? value
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
