  • Connect with potential clients interested in renting properties.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and mortgage options.
  • Conduct thorough property comparisons to determine competitive market prices.
  • Create detailed property listings highlighting key features and locations.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and renters, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist in negotiation processes and review purchase contracts for compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
  • Passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for real estate.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or another foreign language.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Possession of a UAE driving license is advantageous.
