We are Dubais first subscription based brokerage, where the real estate agent gets to keep all their commissions, in exchange for a small monthly fee. We use these fees to help support and ensure your success by providing you with highest quality leads, marketing support, product inventory, and any and all resources needed for your success.We are looking for passionate and dynamic real estate agents, offering them full commissions in exchange for a small monthly fee. Majority of deals will be in the primary/ off-plan sector with focus on matching the right clients with the right properties along with marketing high growth properties by attracting quality potential buyers.Responsibilities

  • Marketing of ready (lease/sale) and off plan properties
  • Arranging viewings and responding to customer queries.
  • Handling tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
  • Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation etc.
  • Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
  • Building and maintaining a network of clients.
  • Stay up to date with the knowledge of the market and the best possible prices.
