We are looking to hire a OFF-PLAN & Commercial Specialist Real Estate Agent with a proven track record for 2 to 3 years in the same.*Requirements & Duties:*- Off-Plan Specialist- Female- Any Nationality- Age Between 22 - 35- Driving License & own Car is a Must?- Undergraduate & Above- RERA Certified (Will be given first preference)- Candidates documents need to be attested as per UAE requirement- Self Motivated- Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills is a must. ?- In-depth Knowledge of the Major Developers and with a profiled information on Ready & Off-plan Projects.- Has to be self sufficient enough for Future Team Building under them.- Maintaining Client Reports, Tele - Sales, Day to day follow ups, Controlling company Social Media for Off-plan, Manage and List properties through CRM.- Work on your own Targets every month and achieve them.- Arranging necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)*Benefits:*?
