Real Estate AgentJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set in the Employment Contract.•Conduct interviews with buyers to determine their property requirements.•Coordinate property viewings for prospective buyers, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are viewing.•Advise sellers on how to present their properties in the best possible light to attract potential buyers.•Accompany buyers during property visits and inspections, providing guidance on the properties features and value.•Keep clients informed about market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.•Arrange for title searches to confirm clients have clear property titles.•Ensure compliance with Dubais Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards by verifying listing documents.•Oversee property closings, including document signing and fund disbursement.•Monitor contract fulfillment to ensure timely handling of purchase or sale agreements.•Promote our services to property owners and solicit listings.•Maintain knowledge of UAE real-estate law, local economies, and mortgage financing options.•Represent the company professionally at all times.
