Job Description

Prime House Real Estate is a dynamically growing real estate agency specializing in providing high quality services for buying, selling and renting properties in Dubai and UAE.We provide our brokers with a constant and quality leads, which is done by our marketing department (we have two marketing companies). By the end of 2023 - 2024, leads have given high conversion into transactions.We work in a comfortable modern office on Bay Square in the center of Dubai. It is possible to provide a parking space and a gym membership. If necessary, we provide a corporate laptop.What we provide:

  • Commission: 50/50 on deals from leads, 70/30 on deals from own base
  • Fixed part for the first 2 months is possible
  • Internal trainings on sales skills
  • Broker tours online and offline
  • It is possible to combine work in the office and remote format
  • Marketing support, including making of videos with your for instagram
  • Great crm + ip telephony
  • Quality crm with projects (primary and secondary market)
We make visa ID, facilitate broker card processing.What you will do:
  • Working with Dubais popular and modern business class residential properties
  • Organization of meeting and showings for clients
  • processing of incoming leads, phone / chat negotiations, zoom meetings.
  • Supporting clients at all stages
  • Monitoring and analysis of the real estate market
  • Entering data to the crm-system
  • Maintaining clients and business relations
