The role involves helping clients navigate the Dubai real estate market and facilitating seamless transactions.Visa: Employment Visa ProvidedSalary: Commissions Based

  • Your Lead: 80% commission to you
  • Client Lead: 50% commission to you
Responsibilities:
  • Client Representation: Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood statistics to offer accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Property Listings: Arranging property showings, and hosting open houses.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome in terms of price and terms.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee and facilitate the entire transaction process, from initial offer through closing, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
