Job Description

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and motivated real estate agent proficient in Italian and Spanish to join our team. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while utilizing your language skills to serve a diverse clientele. This is a commission-based position with a competitive 70% commission salary structure.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  2. Communicate effectively with clients in Italian and Spanish
  3. Generate leads through various channels, such as online listings, referrals, and networking
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on current real estate trends
  5. Negotiate and close deals with clients
  6. Coordinate property viewings and inspections
  7. Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients
  8. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process
  9. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  10. Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market and legislation
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a real estate agent
  2. Proficiency in Italian and Spanish languages
  3. Strong knowledge of the real estate market
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Proven track record of successful sales and customer satisfaction
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks
  7. Self-motivated and target-driven
  8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  9. Previous experience with commission-based salary structures
  10. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
