Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. As part of IVY Properties, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the most vibrant real estate markets in the world. This role requires a high level of professionalism, a passion for the real estate sector, and a commitment to achieving sales goals through superior client service.Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and convert them into sales by networking, cold calling, and using marketing strategies.
  2. Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, providing them with comprehensive market analysis and advice.
  3. Conduct property viewings, presenting properties in the best light to potential buyers and tenants.
  4. Negotiate property transactions, ensuring the best terms for both the client and the company.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and legal requirements.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  7. Collaborate with the IVY Properties team to share insights and strategies that benefit our clients and enhance our market presence.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Realtor, with a track record of successful sales.
  2. Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.
  3. Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  5. RERA certification is preferred.
  6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. High ethical standards and professionalism.
  8. Valid UAE driving license.
