Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide them with guidance and advice, and negotiate transactions on their behalf. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate and have a proven track record of success in sales, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients
  3. Show properties to potential buyers and tenants, providing them with detailed information and answering their questions
  4. Negotiate and finalize sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements
  7. Prepare and present property listings to potential clients
  8. Attend networking events and seminars to expand your professional network
  9. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and lawyers
  10. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process
Preferred Candidate:
  1. A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current market trends
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
